Who we are
From Laborer to Leader: A Safety-First Mission Built on Experience
I didn’t start my career in a classroom. I started it in the dirt — shovel in hand, boots in the mud, earning my stripes on job sites where safety was more of a hope than a plan.
With over 20 years in construction and 15+ years in safety, I’ve worked across the full spectrum of the industry — from heavy civil infrastructure to high-rise towers to renewable energy installations. I’ve been the laborer, the foreman, the superintendent, and eventually, the guy responsible for keeping entire crews safe.
What pushed me into founding Marshall Redlin Company wasn’t ambition — it was urgency. Early in my career, I watched good people get hurt simply because they hadn’t been taught how to recognize or avoid the dangers around them. I saw companies lose money, time, and good workers because they were constantly scrambling to stay compliant.
The gap was obvious: real-world crews needed real-world safety solutions.
I didn’t come into safety as an outsider. I was the guy on the crew trying to meet a deadline and getting shut down by a safety officer who didn’t understand the work. I’ve seen firsthand how safety can feel like an obstacle — and I’ve learned how to make it a strength.
That perspective is what drives everything we do.
At Marshall Redlin Company, we don’t just teach rules. We build understanding. We help companies stay compliant, reduce risk, and get the job done without cutting corners. Because the truth is: when safety is done right, it doesn’t slow you down — it protects your people, your budget, and your reputation.
We bring training, audits, and consulting that are tough, practical, and tailored to the real challenges your crews face every day. We serve the entire continental U.S., and we do it with a mission: to make sure no one has to learn safety the hard way.
