Privacy Policy

How we handle website visits, consulting inquiries, and applicant information.

Effective date: November 4, 2026

Redlin Safety Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates marshallredlinco.com. This website previously used the Marshall Redlin Company name. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through this website and related communications about consulting, training, safety staffing, and applications. Separate notices or agreements may apply to client engagements, training records, onboarding, or employment records.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you complete a form, upload a resume, or contact us by phone, text, or email. Depending on your request, this may include:

  • Inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, company, project location, type of work, timeline, service needs, and the contents of your message.

  • Applications: your name, email address, phone number, submission date, experience, qualifications or certifications, willingness to travel, referral source, reasons for your interest, and an optional resume.

  • Training or service communications: scheduling information and information you provide as we discuss your operation or a potential engagement.

  • Website and device information: our website providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, referring pages, pages visited, dates and times, and information used for analytics, security, and spam prevention.

The public safety needs assessment does not ask for contact details. General website and device information may still be processed when you visit that page.

Provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank or payment details, identity documents, medical records, or another person’s confidential information through general website forms or resume uploads. Discuss an appropriate method with us before sharing sensitive project or personnel records.

2. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, discuss project needs, and prepare service scopes or scheduling arrangements.

  • Review applications and qualifications, consider potential opportunities, and communicate about next steps.

  • Coordinate consulting, training, or onsite safety support with the people involved in your request.

  • Send news or updates if you choose to sign up, subject to your communication preferences.

  • Operate and improve the website, understand aggregate site use, prevent spam and misuse, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee an engagement, assignment, employment, or a particular outcome.

3. When information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary for the purposes described here:

  • Website and communications providers: Squarespace hosts the website and processes forms and uploaded files. Form information is also delivered through configured email notification and communications services. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect forms from spam.

  • Service or opportunity coordination: relevant contact, project, qualification, experience, or availability information may be shared with specialists, contractors, or potential employers in connection with services or opportunities discussed with you.

  • Professional and legal purposes: with advisers, insurers, authorities, or other parties where reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, or respond to lawful requests.

  • Business changes: in connection with a proposed merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.

Our providers also process certain information under their own policies. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies, analytics, and privacy signals

Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, security, saved preferences, and analytics. Necessary cookies remain active. Our cookie banner lets you accept or decline optional cookies or select categories. You can reopen Cookie Preferences to change your choice. Choices apply to your browser and device; clearing cookies may reset them.

Some site metrics may still be recorded when optional cookies are declined, and analytics may count visits differently. Browser controls can also block or remove cookies, although this may affect website functions. Third-party services may use their own cookies; our banner cannot control every cookie set by an outside service.

California Do Not Track disclosures: this website does not implement a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals beyond our providers’ behavior. Do Not Track differs from Global Privacy Control (GPC). Squarespace or other providers may process browser privacy signals according to their policies and applicable law. Use Cookie Preferences to decline optional cookies, or contact us for assistance with a privacy request.

5. Spam prevention and outside links

Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help identify spam and abuse. This service may process device, browser, and interaction information for security purposes and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Links to LinkedIn or other outside websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices apply when you use those services. We do not control those websites.

6. How long we keep information

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, evaluate relevant opportunities, provide requested services, maintain business records, or satisfy legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose, our relationship with you, applicable obligations, and any valid deletion request. Copies may remain in backups or provider systems under their retention and deletion processes.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing mredlin@marshallredlinco.com or calling 669-228-4889. Include enough detail to identify your request. Do not upload identity documents through general website forms.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. We review requests under applicable law; some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes. An authorized agent may contact us with appropriate verification of authority.

You may stop marketing emails using an unsubscribe option where provided or by contacting us. Service-related communications may still be necessary to handle an active request or engagement.

8. California residents

Depending on applicable law and whether a particular law applies to our business, California residents may have rights to know or access personal information, request correction or deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive nondiscriminatory treatment when exercising protected rights. These rights are subject to legal scope, exceptions, and verification requirements. This policy does not represent that every California Consumer Privacy Act requirement or threshold applies to our business. Contact us using the methods above to discuss or submit a privacy request.

9. Security and processing locations

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.

10. Children’s information

This website is intended for business contacts and people seeking work-related services or opportunities, and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact us so we can review and address it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as website features, business practices, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted here with a revised effective date. Additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
